Autoship Program:
Please read the following carefully, when you purchase Banitrim, you automatically accept the terms and conditions as follows:
When you purchase Banitrim you automatically become enrolled in our AutoShip Program. Approximately 7 days prior to the end of your 30 day supply your credit card will be charged $79.95 for a single bottle plus the applicable S & H costs. This program will vary dependent upon the number of bottles you first ordered. If you choose to take two capsules a day please notify us by e-mail . We realize that once you start losing your weight you won't want to run out of Banitrim and we need to know the amount your taking so we can adjust your autoshipment accordingly. Cancelling Autoship Program:
You can cancel at anytime by email or by calling toll free 1-800-737-7740. To return the product you must contact us by e-mail to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. We cannot process the returns without the number, and the product must be received unopened and in a re-saleable state. Returns should be mailed to the address on the shipping label, and not the address on the bottle itself. Refused deliveries and packages marked “Return to Sender” will not be refunded. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
I understand, if I am not completely satisfied with Banitrim I may return any unopened bottles to the address shown on the shipping lable and receive a refund less shipping and handling costs and a 15% restocking fee.
Negative Option Clause:
I understand this Consumer Transaction involves a negative option, and I may be liable for payment of future goods and services under the terms of this agreement for $79.95/ $129.95/$194.85 if I fail to notify the supplier not to supply the goods or services described.
